According to the Mental Health Society 74% of people in the UK feel stressed or are suffering from exhaustion to the point were they could not cope. I was one of those people. So here is what I did about it.
Total loss: 9lbs So I had a holiday during this time, one of the days is pretty bad
Total loss: 4 lbs I had a birthday and went out for two meals I think a half a pound loss wasn’t too bad!
Everyone has their favourite side when they go to Nando’s, for some it maybe peri peri chips or the garlic bread, but for us it is spicy rice and macho peas. Well I say Easter roast, as we cook quite a bit at home already we decided to treat ourselves to an M&S Easter. We basically have cheated and it feels great! Here’s how it turned out.
